Therapeutic Approach

If you’re here, something in your life probably feels challenging, unpleasant, or just ‘off.’ You don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where transparency is the baseline and humor is a welcome guest. We’ll work as partners to face difficult topics head-on, building the confidence you need to move forward as your most authentic self.

Identity Exploration

Identity isn’t static and it’s completely natural at times to feel uncertain about your values or sense of self. Our identities evolve as we do and it’s normal to feel adrift during major life shifts, including for those looking to redefine their life purpose after years of masking, meeting others’ expectations or focusing on career and family. Together, we’ll look at who you’ve been and who you are becoming, uncovering the values and dreams that genuinely belong to you and your unique way of being. By approaching this with kindness and understanding, you’ll be able to focus on building self-compassion, respect, and a clear authentic sense of who you are and what you want at this point in your life.

Navigating Anxiety

Anxiety can feel paralyzing and it can make challenges feel overwhelming. Whether it is affecting your well-being, your relationships, or your daily experiences, I’m here to help you navigate the anxiety and underlying emotions with understanding and care. This often looks like working on personalized strategies that fit your unique needs, exploring practical techniques to manage anxiety and adapting these techniques while identifying and exploring the underlying causes. Anxiety can make you feel like you’re alone, my goal is to walk beside you and support you in finding a greater sense of calm and balance in your life.

Enhancing Relationships and Connection

For many people, connection to others is a key part of living a fulfilling life. Whether you are having difficulty connecting with others in general or with a particular person, or if you’re looking to improve your relationship, therapy can be a place to start. Exploring how to nurture a relationship or how to accept nurtured in return can help to improve your relationships. We’ll do this by identifying how to foster deeper connections, and cultivate healthy communication patterns that honor your values, emotions, and identities.

Empowering High-Achievers and Health Professionals to Thrive

Being in a high-achieving environment—such as the tech sector, health care, or C-suite positions—comes with unique pressures, challenges, and aspirations. These roles are often isolating and can quickly lead to occupational burnout. You might feel a pressure to handle everything perfectly, never show weakness, or lean on someone else for support. Therapy provides a crucial, confidential space where you can feel truly bolstered while we harness your existing strengths, dismantle imposter syndrome, and foster a balanced, fulfilling life that genuinely aligns with your values.

Embracing Neurodivergence and Queer Identities

Exploring your neurodivergent and/or queer identities can be a profound journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. It’s also a time when you may feel uncertain, unloved, and unable to be true to how you feel on the inside. As a neurodivergent, pansexual therapist, I offer an inherently safe and understanding space where you can explore your unique experiences, challenges, and aspirations, while fostering a deeper understanding and acceptance of your authentic self.

Next Steps

Therapy is truly a collaborative journey, and your comfort, independence, and individual experiences are at the heart of what I do. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, reflect, and grow at a pace that feels right for you. My approach is tailored to fit your unique story and needs. If you’re ready to embark on a compassionate path that honors who you are, I invite you to reach out. I’m here to support you every step of the way.
