Therapeutic Approach

You are likely here because something feels off in your life and you need some help figuring out how to handle it. My approach is collaborative, transparent, and direct. I use humor and warmth in my sessions that matches your tone and what you are bringing in so that you can feel comfortable opening up about topics that you find difficult or may have a hard time communicating. Together we’ll tackle hard topics and focus on enhancing your well-being.

Identity Exploration

You may be struggling to know what you value or who you are in the absence of other people. In our sessions, we will explore the intricate layers of your identity, understanding your values, beliefs, and aspirations. Together, we’ll navigate the journey of identity development with compassion, respect, and affirmation, fostering a deeper understanding and acceptance of your authentic self.

Navigating Anxiety

Anxiety amplifies the challenges in our lives and it may be impacting your well-being, relationships, or your daily experiences. With specialized proficiency in anxiety management, I offer personalized strategies, insights, and support tailored to your specific needs. We’ll explore techniques to manage anxiety that are manageable for you, cultivate your resilience, and foster a sense of calm and balance in your life.

Enhancing Relationships and Connection

You may be having difficulty connecting with others or with a particular person, or you may want to improve your relationship. Relationships form the foundation of our lives, and nurturing them is essential for holistic well-being. I am committed to supporting you in improving your relationships, fostering deeper connections, and cultivating healthy communication patterns that honor your values, emotions, and identities.

Empowering High-Achievers and Health Professionals to Thrive

High-achieving Professionals and Health Professionals both experience unique pressures, challenges, and aspirations related to their profession. These roles are lonely and can lead to occupational burnout without support. You may feel like you have to handle it all perfectly, without showing weakness, or leaning on someone else for support. I am dedicated to bolstering you while you harnessing your strengths, navigating challenges that are thrown at you, defeat imposter syndrome and foster a balanced and fulfilling life that aligns with your values and aspirations.

Embracing Neurodivergence and Queer Identities

Exploring your neurodivergent or queer identity is a profound journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. It’s also a time when you may feel uncertain, unloved, and unable to be true to how you feel on the inside. As a neurodivergent, pansexual therapist, I offer a supportive and affirming space where you can explore your unique experiences, challenges, and aspirations, fostering a deeper understanding and acceptance of your authentic self.

Next Steps

Therapy is a collaborative process, and your comfort, autonomy, and unique journey are paramount. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, reflect, and grow at your own pace, supported by a therapeutic approach that is as unique and multifaceted as you are.
